Srshti supports responsible review with editable drafts, source references and approval steps. This guide is a starting point for clinic teams in Australia, Ireland and the United States; it is not a comprehensive legal checklist or certification.
Australia
Review advertising against current Ahpra guidance for regulated health services. Pay particular attention to misleading claims, clinical testimonials, unreasonable expectations and promotions that encourage unnecessary treatment. Check whether additional requirements apply to the services or products promoted.
Ireland
Review public communications against the Dental Council’s current professional guidance. Check accuracy, professional titles, credentials and the way services are described, along with applicable privacy and consumer obligations.
United States
Advertising must be truthful, and claims need an appropriate basis. Also check your state dental board’s rules and any applicable patient privacy and consent requirements. Srshti is not a patient-data system and does not represent that using it makes a clinic HIPAA compliant.

Advertising Srshti in ChatGPT
Srshti is independent content software, not a dental treatment provider. OpenAI reviews the advertiser, ad creative and the destination; medical and dental service advertising is restricted and may need specific approval. Do not assume regional availability or eligibility simply because the site can be visited there.
