Information used by the service

Google sign-in supplies account identity such as your email. Srshti stores your clinic profile, business details, authorised brand assets, content drafts, generated artwork, reviews, credit activity and account access information. Session and security information help protect private workspaces.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate your account, operate your workspace, generate requested content, handle support and payments, maintain security and investigate service failures. Where applicable, these purposes may rely on providing the requested service, legitimate operational interests, consent or legal obligations.

Providers and international processing

The hosted service uses Cloudflare infrastructure, Google for sign-in, and configured AI providers such as OpenAI or Google Gemini for generation. Information included in a generation request may be sent to the selected provider. Processing may occur outside your country. Ask us to confirm the active providers and relevant transfer arrangements before sharing information that requires them. Provider terms and privacy notices also apply to their services.

Patient information

Srshti is a business content tool, not a patient record system. Do not upload identifiable patient information, records, clinical photographs or sensitive health data. We do not claim HIPAA certification or provide a patient-data processing agreement through this website.

Retention and your rights

Workspace data is retained while needed to deliver the service, manage your account and meet relevant legal or security obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion; include your account email so we can verify the request. Deletion may exclude information we must retain for legal, billing or security reasons. Rights depend on your location and applicable law; you may also contact your local data protection authority.

See our cookie notice. The current public pages do not load advertising pixels or optional analytics. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any applicable consent controls must be updated before it runs.
