Terms of service

These terms govern use of Srshti, operated by Ananth C. Jayan. Support: ananth.c.jayan@gmail.com. Use the service only if you can enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your clinic.

The service

Srshti provides clinic content planning, drafting, artwork generation, review and download tools. Features depend on provider availability and account activation. Publishing is handled by your team. Signing in or beginning setup does not initiate paid billing.

Accounts and authorised materials

Keep account access secure and provide accurate business information. Upload only materials you have rights to use. Do not submit sensitive patient information. Follow our acceptable use policy.

AI content and professional review

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Your clinic is responsible for verifying sources, claims, professional credentials, local advertising requirements, copyright, privacy and consent before publishing. Srshti does not provide medical or legal advice, regulatory certification, or a guarantee of marketing results or platform ad approval.

Pricing and access

Prices are listed in USD on the pricing page. Applicable taxes are additional and will be disclosed before payment. Bank conversion fees may apply. The team confirms the plan, payment method, credit allocation and access period before purchase, then manually activates access. Renewal is arranged manually; there is no automatic card billing at launch. See payments and refunds.

Your content

You retain your rights in uploaded material. You permit Srshti and its service providers to process it to deliver the requested service. Your use of generated output is subject to applicable provider terms and third-party rights. AI output may not be unique.

Service changes and suspension

We may change or suspend features for maintenance, provider limitations, security or misuse. Material changes to purchased access will be communicated. Contact support if you cannot use paid access as agreed.

Applicable rights

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Contact support first to resolve an account or billing concern.
